When I get time alone with my youngest of 4 it’s a rare occasion.  We call it Mommy & Reesy Day and not always, but I often try and do something fun with her we don’t often do.  Yesterday we decided to head the the Heritage Center Museum right in the heart of our beautiful city here in Bismarck, North Dakota.   A few years ago now the state completely rebuilt and expanded this Museum, and it is such a kid friendly environment… complete with a child’s play area for the kids to enjoy and unwind after taking in all the joys of this wonderful place.   After years of photographing my children and having no inspiration, I have taken the past few years to really capture my children intentionally.  I do try to take my camera with us wherever we may go( If you need to get camera ideas find them here https://rachaelnevaphoto.com/shopmycamerabag/dslr-cameras/ ), and especially when I have one on one time with my littlest.  I really use the opportunities to tell a story throughout the adventure.  I am fully aware that this season in mine, and her lives is so quickly passing…. I want to remember her this way.  Her tiny face as she discovers life outside of our home, the way she smiles when she is thrilled at a new and exciting site, the joy she has to just be with me, and how she always has a heart of gratitude once the adventure comes to a close.  Here is our latest adventure together…
